30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Used items are accepted — we stand behind our products.

How to Return. Email returns@gritcomen.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely and drop it at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defect.

Exchanges. Need a different product? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is faster than a direct exchange.

Final Sale. Items marked "Final Sale" and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
