Getting It To You
Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.). Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
International Shipping. We ship to Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, contact info@gritcomen.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.
